Petals Therapy and Consultation, we offer a custom approach for each of our clients. As the Owner and Clinical Director of B.Petals Therapy and Consultation, I pride myself on ensuring that clients feel welcomed and cared for. With my collaborative team approach to patient care, I am involved in treating not only my patients but also all patients at the practice.
We start by understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. We then help you create a plan to move forward, and we celebrate your successes along the way. We offer an inclusive, safe space with in-person or virtual appointments to suit your schedule.
Using a holistic approach to treatment, we take into account every aspect of a person’s life and involve it in treatment. Helping people live a better life is our passion.
It might mean learning to set boundaries, working through a loss or life transition, or helping you change a pattern of behavior that is keeping you stuck. Our goal is to help you feel better so you can live the life you’ve always dreamed of!

“You are the expert of your own experience – my role is to work with you to have a different kind of conversation about that experience as we tackle life’s stressors and challenges head-on. As a mental health counselor with specialized experience working with adolescents and young adults, my goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to build their self-understanding, work toward positive growth, and process trauma. I seek to empower my clients to build a healthy perception of self, strengthen relationships, and build the internal strength to build personal accountability and integrity.
I take a non-directive and human-centered approach to work through the challenges clients bring into the therapy space. In utilizing an eclectic therapeutic style, I can draw on relational, human-centered, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches in therapy within your social and cultural context. In therapy, we will work together to build your self-understanding in context while working towards your individualized therapeutic goals. Together we will work to understand how past experiences, traumas, and relationships have impacted your worldview, relationships, and internal world.”
