Individual therapy in a private practice setting is a personalized process where clients work one on one with their clinician to address any personal challenges, emotional struggles, or mental health concerns they may have.
Our therapists create a safe and nonjudgmental environment to help clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while also setting goals and developing strategies to improve their emotional well-being and personal growth. We address a variety of issues using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or mindfulness approaches.
Our therapists tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the client by working at their pace to promote personal growth and healing. Sessions typically occur on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, depending on the client’s needs, with the aim of enhancing overall mental health and improving the client’s quality of life.

How do I check my insurance coverage?
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:
1. Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
2. What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
3. Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session cost.

Session Rates – Private Pay $100-$175 (60 minutes)
