At Bella’s Petals Therapy and Consultation, Andrea Stang-McKeough LMHC CCTP and her team of trained professionals, provide quality mental health counseling with long-lasting treatment outcomes. Andrea Stang-McKeough LMHC CCTP founded Bella’s Petals Therapy and Consultation in 2022, following the life-changing experience of the Covid-19 pandemic. Andrea was on a mission to provide individuals with a safe place to process their trauma and learn new ways to adjust to the many life changes.

Our team specializes in treating many of the mental health conditions commonly faced by New Yorkers, including anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), self-esteem issues, stress, interpersonal/relationship conflict, grief, and more.

Comprehensive and Flexible Therapy Options

At Bella’s Petals Therapy and Consultation, we utilize multiple evidence-based treatment modalities to help clients—such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Holistic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). 

We offer three main counseling services, individual therapy, couples therapy, and premarital counseling. To provide our clients with the flexibility they need when taking care of their mental well-being, Bella’s Petals Therapy and Consultation offers in-office psychotherapy as well as telehealth psychotherapy. We also offer daytime and evening appointments.

Treatment Approach

This practice uses a variety of approaches to address client’s unique needs. 

Many successful treatment plans utilize a foundation of cognitive-behavioral therapy with a person-centered approach, then quickly move toward a tailored treatment plan and approach that includes tools to help sustain the growth experienced in regular therapy.

Additionally, there is a growing body of research that supports the practice of self-compassion and mindfulness in psychotherapy.
